1. Who We Are
Meliora Systems & Publications is a publishing house operating at the intersection of rigorous academic standards and Silicon Valley execution.

2. Your Relationship to Meliora
2.1 Not Therapy, Coaching, or a Belief System. Our products are educational and technical in nature. They are not medical or psychological therapy, not professional coaching, and not a religious or theological belief system. You are solely responsible for how you choose to interpret and apply the materials.
2.2 Individual Results. Outcomes attributed to Meliora products are based on practitioner reports and documented case histories. Individual results vary and depend on factors including but not limited to consistency of practice, personal circumstances, and integration over time. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
2.3 No Professional Relationship. Your purchase or use of any Meliora product does not create a professional-client relationship (therapeutic, coaching, financial, or otherwise) between you and Meliora, its founders, or its affiliates.
3. Terms of Sale
3.1 One-Time Investment. All Meliora products are sold as one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not operate on a subscription model.
3.2 Pricing and Availability. Prices are as listed on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, modify product offerings, or limit quantities for future customers at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of those processors in addition to these Terms.
3.4 Refunds. Our return policy is stated on our website and incorporated herein by reference. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may request a full refund as described in the Return Policy.
3.5 Order Confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraud.
4. License to Use Our Products
Your use of any Meliora product is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) accompanying that product. The EULA for Meliora Activate is incorporated herein by reference. Key terms include:
A personal, perpetual, non-transferable license for individual use
The "Always Better" upgrade right providing no-cost access to future versions
Restrictions on copying, distribution, modification, and commercial use
Acknowledgment that the Activation Audio is a proprietary license key
By purchasing or using a Meliora product, you agree to be bound by its specific EULA.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and documentation, is the property of Meliora Systems & Publications or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited License to Website Content. You may access and view the website content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

Attempt to circumvent any authentication or security measures
Share, distribute, or transfer your login credentials or product access to any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or proprietary audio files
Use the website or products in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with Meliora

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website or Meliora products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
